	This page outlines the procedure to follow if you decide to sell your website or domain name registration to another party. The use of a domain name (yoursite.com) is licensed to the "registrant" to use for a period of time. The "registrant" is usually shown at the top of the domain record available on the Internet's "who-is" databases. Other contacts listed on the who-is registration, such as "administrative", "technical", and "billing" contacts are not recognized as the licensee (registrant) of the domain name. If you sell your domain name registration or website, you will want to change the REGISTRANT information to indicate the proper licensee. Before we will consider changing the REGISTRANT information on the domain name record, you must provide the following: A bill of sale; A bill of sale contract must include the following: a. the parties of the contract must include the current domain REGISTRANT as shown on the Who-is database and the purchaser of the domain name registration. b. the contract must be signed and notarized by both parties c. the contract must include the complete domain name written with correct spelling d. the contract must include the following clause agreed to by all parties: Your Obligation to Indemnify: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Support Central Online, Inc., and SiteRightnow.com, all relevant Partner(s), and their licensers, licensees, consultants, contractors, agents, attorneys and employees harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, claims or causes of action, including internal and external legal fees and expenses, arising out of, related to, or which may arise from this bill of sale contract or any dispute that may arise over the ownership of the domain name or domain name registration shown on this bill of sale contract. Change of Billing and Logon Changes Also, please include updated billing and logon information in your letter if applicable: Billing Name: Address: City, State, Zip: Phone: Cell Phone: Fax: Card Number(Amex, Visa, or MC): Exp Date: Include: "I accept and agree to pay $24.95 per month for website service and $19.95 per year for domain registration charges from SiteRightNow.com. These charges will appear on my statement as either SiteRightNow.com or Support Central Online." Enter the Email address to use for your SiteRightNow.com logon (such as myname@aol.com): Enter a new Password to use on SiteRightNow.com (no spaces or symbols, 20 characters or less. Letters and numbers only): Please fax the bill of sale to 513-984-0014 We reserve the right to request additional information as needed.
