Here are the details of what is and what is not included with your page setup project and our terms for project approval.

 We Build it Free and Maintenance Plan Customers:
Note that "We Build it Free Plan" customers receive either a 2 page web design project for free or $100 discount off of our 10 page project.   Page setup projects can also be purchased ala carte for customers on other plans.

2 Page Project includes:
The 2 page project includes a home page and a contact page for a maximum of 3 hours work time.  See below for more details on what your designer can provide. Note that we reserve the right to require the customer to break up their content into more pages, if they request an unusually long home page. For catalog item pages, we can include up to 20 items in one page. For general pages, if it requires you to hit page down more than 10 times, it's too long, and will need to be split up. (and your visitors will probably not scroll that far anyway!)

10 Page Project includes:
The 10 page project is based on an estimate of providing work to complete up to 10 pages. We will provide a maximum of 15 hours of work to complete a 10 page project  before requiring additional fees.  We estimate this to be enough time to complete most sites, and we will do our best to inform the customer, if the customer requests complex tasks or features that are beyond the scope of what we can provide in this amount of time. 

Unused Pages Policy:
If your initial project required less than 10 pages and you still have time remaining (based on the 15 hour maximum), you have up to 60 days from the start of the initial project to provide us with additional content and instructions for us to complete any unused pages.  After 60 days, any requests for additions or changes will be considered an additional project or part of your monthly maintenance (if you are on the We Build It Free or We Build It Maintenance plans)

Monthly Updates, Maintenance:
For customers on the "We Build it Free" or "We Build it Maintenance" plans, we provide "maintenance hours" for free for making updates to your website after the initial project has been completed. You can request updates, and we will work up to 5 hours per month for free as part of your plan.   Unused monthly hours do not transfer to the next month. We provide up to 5 hours free per month only.

Maintenance customer requests receive priority scheduling. We make every effort to update sites as quickly as possible. Depending on the number of requests in our queue, it may take up to two weeks to complete a new request.

Additional hours are available at $45 per hour.

Design tasks that your SiteRightNow designer can do for you include:

• Logo Creation: simple, professional, eye-catching and unique (if a logo is not provided by you)
• Site Banner creation (this may include your logo)
• Background selection: We have a large library of background images to choose from that we will select to best fit your website theme.
• User friendly Website Navigation/Buttons implementation
• Strategic placement of your text and images throughout your web site
• Color selections and visual design choices
• Add requested Page Titles, Meta Tags and Keywords (must be presented during Content Submission)
• Update Your Status Screen: Keep up-to-date on your website’s development by reviewing your project status at Any Time in your SiteRightNow Control Panel!
• Setup your E-commerce Catalog to accept donations or sell your products -(we count up to 20 items as one page. If you have a page you Server: Microsoft-IIS/4.0 Date: Fri, 17 Oct 2008 21:10:41 GMT want us to setup that has more than 20 items, we will count additional pages)
• Setup your shopping cart options using our built in SiteRightNow shopping control panel shopping cart.
• Email Form: Encourage customer feedback and interaction with an Email form that will deliver your visitor’s comments right into your email box!
• Blog integration
• Web Calendar
• FAQ pages
• Slide shows through 3rd party slide show creation tools
• Password Protected Area / Members Only areas

Your standard project does not include the following tasks:

• Custom programming (in languages such as PHP, ASP, Perl, etc.) is not provided
• Database driven content is not provided
• Custom shopping cart installations (We do include our built in SiteRightNow shopping cart, which is very powerful!)
• Flash Intro page creation, Flash interface websites, or Flash galleries are not included
• Flash or animated custom banners (you may request these, but be aware that custom graphic creation may require more of your project time that you may need to complete your pages.) 
• Cloning or Copying of Copyrighted content is not allowed
• Creation of custom or composited graphics (you may request these, but be aware that custom graphic creation may require more of your project time that you may need to complete your pages.) 
• Creating Business Plans or advice on your business model is not part of the scope of your project
• Writing the content for your website is not provided. We will use the text that you provide.

The process below will ensure your site production is efficient,
smooth and completed in a timely manner

Development Time:
Currently, the development process normally takes Server: Microsoft-IIS/4.0 Date: Fri, 17 Oct 2008 21:10:38 GMT 2 weeks after content is submitted.

When to Contact Your Designer
At SiteRightNow we pride ourselves with the personal service we can provide. To help us complete your project as quickly as possible, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

1) For project status requests, we developed a special Project Status system to help you.  Your designer keeps your Project Status screen updated with the latest information that is available. Your designer may also include requests for additional information on this screen. Please use your project status screen on your SiteRightNow control panel for any project status requests. Phone calls, chats, or emails requesting project status will redirect you back to check your project status area.  If you are not seeing sufficient progress in your project, feel free to call us and let us know. Keep in mind projects normally take about 2 weeks after content is submitted. If there has been a delay, most likely we will have the reason posted on your status screen. The project status screen will let you know if you are currently in the project queue or if your project is in production, and much more.

2) To go over specifications
You may contact your designer to discuss your project specifications as needed. Your designer may request additional information through your project status screen, so make sure to check your project status screen often to avoid delays.

3) To request maintenance
After your initial project has been completed you can call or email your designer to request updates. Up to 5 hours per month is included as part of your "We Build it Free" or "We Build it Maintenance" plans.

Project Steps and Terms:

Step 1: INITIAL REQUEST: Elect 1 (one) individual for communication with your SiteRightNow designer.  Provide the general information requested after your order is processed. This will include information such as Page Titles, general information expected on each page, and the overall goal(s) of your new website.

Step 2: INFO REQUEST: Your designer will contact you or update your Project Status screen with specific requests for your website content. This will include information such as Logo, Brochures, or Business Cards; Text/Copy, Images, Catalog Prices, etc.

Step 3: INITIAL DESIGN: Your home page will contain a logo, background, images and text, and the general layout/theme that will be exercised throughout your website.

Step 4: INITIAL APPROVAL: Your designer will present an Approval Request for your design. This is where your designer is requesting your initial feedback on the ideas and suggestions presented. We want to make sure we are "on the right path" to make you happy and proud of your website!  You will have 7 days to approve or request that we modify the theme, layout, background or logo. After approval has been received or the 7^th day following the Approval Request, the current Home Page logo, theme, layout, and background will be implemented throughout your remaining pages to keep a consistent and professional appearance, unless otherwise requested prior to beginning production.

Step 5: FINAL APPROVAL: After working with your designer to complete your website, you will receive an Acceptance/Revision Request for your website completion. You will have 7 days to review your website and either accept the site as completed or request revisions before it is published live. Requesting revisions is part of the normal process and should fit into the time allowed. Note that some revision requests will require additional time. Sometimes customers may think of additional features, new graphics, or other ideas that may require additional time to complete. Be aware that time will be recorded up to the maximum allowed for your project. If your maximum number of hours is reached, you will be informed that additional charges may apply for the changes you are requesting. Please note that your site will automatically be published and recorded as completed after 7 days even if you do not respond to the acceptance request.

Step 6: COMPLETION and MAINTENANCE: your site will be live on the world wide web and your page design fees are no longer refundable. Once your site is complete, your may request updates. If you are on the "We Build It Free" or "We Build It Maintenance" plans, you can request up to 5 hours per month for free. Otherwise, updates are available at $45 per hour.
